The Homes List Funnel is a six step funnel designed to acquire Buyer and Seller leads:

1. Create a  Facebook Business Page, from that page we will design a Facebook Ad targeted to very specific audience. The Ad offers a free list of homes in the targeted area priced under the median homes sold price for the targeted area.
2. When the person then clicks on the ad, they are brought to a landing page that will ask for their name and email.  Their name and email will collect into an automatic email drip campaign good for 3 months. (follow up made easy)
3. They will then be sent to a 2nd page that will ask for their phone number and address. They will also have the option to request information on finding out if they are qualified for financing. 
4. Once they click on the button submitting their information, you will receive an automatic email with the leads information.
5. By far the most important step! Immediate contact with the new referral via video text message(highly recommended), phone call or email is crucial to maximizing sales. We will provide the Real Estate Agent a Step-by-Step process that will assist with them with follow up and funneling the leads to a close on a home.
6. At this point, the Real Estate Agent begins building a relationship with the new referral to help them find their dream home and close the deal.

We are ONLY responsible for ad and landing page implementation, producing leads and providing minimal guidance on the lead sales funnel.
